Supplier verification
Facility audits covering food-safety systems, hygiene, capacity and past export performance before onboarding.
Raw material inspection
Physical checks at intake — grade, colour, admixture, infestation, moisture — against the contracted spec.
Laboratory testing
NABL-accredited labs test actives, pesticides, heavy metals, aflatoxins and micro counts. COA issued per lot.
Process & hygiene control
Sortex cleaning, steam sterilisation and metal detection under HACCP-managed lines where required.
Packaging standards
Food-grade liners, oxygen and moisture barriers, UN-rated drums for oils, and export palletisation.
Traceability
Every bag carries a lot code traceable back through processor to farm cluster and harvest window.
Pre-shipment inspection
Final container inspection with photos and sealed retention samples held for the shelf life of the lot.
Export compliance
Documentation matched to destination rules — EU MRLs, US FDA prior notice, Gulf halal norms and beyond.
