Millets (Shree Anna) · Grain, Flour & FlakesSorghum (Jowar)
Sorghum, or jowar, is the leading Indian millet by volume — a versatile, naturally gluten-free grain with a mild, sweet flavour. We export white and cream-white food-grade jowar as whole grain, flour and flakes, cleaned and sortex-sorted for international buyers.
Overview
Like all our millets, it is cleaned, de-stoned and sortex-sorted, then tested for moisture and purity before dispatch. Whole grain, flour, rava and flakes forms are available, with GI-registered varieties and certified-organic lots on request — part of India's Shree Anna nutri-cereal basket.
